The ladies in here are very nice and very quick you don't have to wait in line very long. The drive-thru option is very nice too the outdoor ATM through the drive-thru so you don't have to get out of your car which is nice
Horrible customer service! Horrible online banking! Seymour location is beyond ridiculous!
I deposited my check got nothing back and i looked at receipt they taken 100.00 less on the deposit so i ask why when i put 250.00 they put 150.00 deposited where is my 100.00 i didn't get anything back nor did i sign for this money back.. they told me its not their problem to find money so i call police to get some answers to find out the manager said the teller was best girl she has in the bank and her friend that she wouldn't of took the 100.00 .. so i said where is 100.00 that i didn't get back i put my whole check for deposit.. they refused to count the till that was used and unwilling to refund back 100.00.. i shocked to find they working together stealing money and refusing to give back 100.00 in front of the police man.. i rate this bank location FFFFF
Changed to a different bank, to many mistakes on their end
The conpany is unprofessional with the customers and employees and the product hardly works for me any more
