Worst dealership around don't ever buy a vehicle from or get it serviced...took a 2015 ford explorer there on Nov 2 today they told us it would be mid next week which is Nov 22 that is 20 days to fix a vehicle that last week they told us would be a 8 hour job and part was in..vehicle is under warranty..owner of 3 ford vehicles seriously considering never buying a Ford again.. definitely don't go to poynter Ford
