Paid for a new mass airflow sensor. They didn't replace it. Had to take it to a different garage to fix my vehicle. They also told me they couldn't figure out a horrible grinding noise that they told me they thought just went away and was nothing.
My son broke down on his way back to Tennessee and stopped at Denny's. He was driving at night when it started to overheat. Denny's opened at 7 AM, they got him in within an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was back on the road by 10.
Very rude and disrespectful...called to make an appointment and they wouldnt...said I had to drop my car off at 7 am and leave it all day and they'd look at it when they could. When I said I couldn't do that and thats why I was calling to make an appointment he got very angry and shouted at me
they have been taking care of my mom for years! they have always treated her right.
Worse ever keeps your vehicle too long and doesn't communicate. Had him towe my vehicle and replace a dry rotted radiator hose. He towed the car for 25$ and didnt even put a new hose on just put the dry rotted busted hise back on and charged me 25$ for that 50$ total and 2 days later the hose busted again. Thanks for ripping me off.
