One of the best medical experiences I have ever had! That facility is run like a well oiled machine yet with caring, dedicated and very well trained professionals. You are in and out quickly but efficiently and quite competently. I was also called by the physician personally just a few hours later to see how I was doing and I have never experienced that before....awesome! I would heartily recommend this practice to everyone!
Kevin Crawford is a fantastic dermatologist, and he's been my doctor for a number of years. I've always had trust in him, and he's provided excellent me with excellent care. My experience with the administration isn't always a great experience. I was scheduled for a 7:40 am appointment, which I opted, and I arrived at 7:30 am. I was informed that being scheduling an early appointment, I would be able to be seen and leave quicker than an afternoon appointment. When I got into my room, I was asked if I would still like a full body scan, which is what the appointment was scheduled for. When I said, "yes," I waited until 8:20 am until I called into my appointment. Then I waited for another 20 minutes or so before I was seen by Dr. Crawford. He seemed somewhat rushed, and he didn't spend much time with me at all. I was even a little sun burnt, which I have been in the past and he made comments, but not this time. I was not happy with my check up in this appointment. And when I was checking out, I was informed that I was "skipped over," even though I checked in 10 minutes early. Overall, it seems like with every appointment, they've overbooked too closely together, a lot of patients wait for a long time, and the appointments are seeming more general than genuine than every before.
