I was looking for a Flight Physical, and some searching found that Dr Blaisdell does them and works at this facility. I called them up, explained what I was looking for and was told since I was a new patient I needed to fill out a new patient application. They took my address and said they would mail me one. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for the application, I call them back and explain the situation, again explaining that I am looking for a flight physical from Dr Blaisdell. They tell me they can't mail the apps, and I would have to come in person to pick one up. So I drive 35 minutes to their office, explain who and what I am looking for to the desk staff, only to find out Dr Blaisdell retired 5 years ago and no one there can do flight physicals. I don't understand why no one on the phone could have told me this so I didn't waste over an hour of my time driving there and back, not to mention wasting 3 weeks of my time trying to get a flight physical.
Absolute worst service I've ever received!! I went for a pre-employment drug test. Didn't even get greeted, after standing there for a few mins she handed me a paper asked for my ID. Filled out the paper handed it back. She said have a seat. She then started to complain to her coworker avout her job they stood there talking for a while. It took them 52 mind to let me pre in a cup there was nobody waiting before me. Pathetic.
