Great family owned nursery. Prices are good and they have a ton of plants to choose from. There is now a garden center with planters, pots and those types of things.
I visited the nursery about helping with some landscape design and was told the designer (Margie) was out of town, but she would get back with me on Thursday. After Thursday, I called back because I didn't hear anything. I was told she would call me to follow-up. Again, nothing....I called back a few weeks later and explained my situation, the sales rep promised to call me back either way the same day to let me know if Margie would be available for an appointment -- again nothing. I'm really disappointment with their customer service, as it seems like a really nice nursery. I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.
We have been buying trees and shrubs at their establishment for many years. They thrive in Indian because they are grown close by. The staff is always very polite and even though they are busy - find time to listen and give great advice. They are selling trees and shrubs at the right time of year vs making a decision based on profits alone. I recommend them highly! Huge selection - and they have annuals and flowers in the spring. Totally worth the drive!
