My air conditioner went out after we tried to replace the thermostat. We had them come out to see what was wrong and the first thing they ask me if I've thought of replacing the whole unit. Then they tried to tell me I needed a new circuit board that would be $900 installed. I called someone else for a second opinion and turns out it was just a blown fuse! Horrible customer service in my opinion and all they want to do is sell you a new unit instead of repairing what you already have!!!
