About a month ago we purchased a couch and love seat. Customer service was exceptional and great enough for us to return and purchase a beautiful chair for our unborn’s nursery. We also have our eye on a new bedroom set- they weren’t pushy for us to buy and in fact told us to wait on that for the sale they have coming up. Most furniture stores are pushy and want you to buy right then and there- not this one!
Furniture was delivered on time and just what we wanted and ordered. We are very pleased with our purchase so far and would highly recommend Furniture Liquidators. We wanted an ottoman with this set and it did not come with one but they looked into it and suggested that we could get one made if we wanted to go with our set. It is set to be ready the second week in November.
Steve Zable was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I don't like buying furniture, but Steve made it easy.
I was treated with the most courtesy that could be given. I had a walker and a service animal with me and Doug made sure I could get around easily in the store. This is my 3rd purchase from here and 2 in the past 3 weeks. AAAAAAA for his service!
