The landlord is rude to tenants and guests.
The manager there is rude to the residents' company (as she sees fit) . Even going as far as to knock loudly on the tenants door & threaten to have their company thrown out if they do not leave. BED BUGS !
I've been at chestnut inn for a yr management good and fix stuff clean never had problem with bedbugs like it there people can pick up bedbugs from new furniture traffic or trash digging
Horrible management! Mike Lucas- maintenance man/owners son and Dean Jackson sell and use dope there. Of course, Barb does nothing. Old man tries to grab at females...Barb does nothing! Traffic so bad cause of drug use all around rooms. So bad you can smell neighbors smoking pot in rooms...again..nothing done! Moved before Swat Team came busting into Deans room! Its bad and wldnt recommend that place to anyone. Nothing but dope heads, drunks, pervs and cho mos!
