If this place had an option for no star I would of definitely not put a one! We had a large party , spent alot of money on food. Very dissapointing we ordered as soon as we walked in the door, waited and hour and 30 min for our food, had to fill our own drinks, food was wrong and cold. We were charged for items that we were not that we're up charges. The bartender and one waitress was yelling and arguing with people in our party. When we told them we would not be back because of terrible service, overcharges and rude employees, we were told by the bartender " I pray to GOD u never come come back either! I'm sorry I would never tell the consumer paying my tip and salary that. I spoke with the owner, he was more concerned with what I wanted then the way his employees treated us. Needless to say NEVER again. I love BF wild wings but THIS LOCATION IS majorly lacking staff and manager skills for customer service. They also claimed someone walked out with out paying a bill which is not true, we would never leave a bill unpaid whether we had good or terrible service
Every time we go to this location, we wait to be acknowledged and to get our food. Last time we went, three employees stared at us as we stood at the host stand and didn't even acknowledge us. Once finally seated, at a table in the middle of the room, three waiters walked past us without making eye contact or greeting us; however, the group that was seated after us was greeted and received drinks. We walked out to go to another restaurant. We love BDUBS, but the one in Seymour needs to be severely fixed, or shut down.
If we could give them a zero we would! Literally just left there. Our server was the ONLY one working and busting his butt. After waiting over 30 minutes for our appetizer, my husband flagged down a lady with a white button down BW3s shirt. We explained to her what was going on and after she brought out our cold appetizer (that should've been hot) we explained to her our frustration. She proceeded to state that she was the owner and make every excuse under the sun on why things were the way they were. Rather than just apologizing and making everything right, she then asks for us not to come back! Really?!?! Simply because I told her she could be dismissed from our table since she refused to take any "ownership" for our frustration! Not one single time did I cuss at her, even though I wanted to. Our 14 year old told us how bad the service was and we did not listen. It's sad to say that my 14 year old was spot on! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!
The last few times I visited this location the service was very slow. The accuracy of our orders were incorrect. The food was cold and they brought the appetizers out with the entrees. They've brought all the food out at once time after time again. The place is never busy at night, yet they can't keep up with small groups. I recommend trying Bonanza Steak & BBQ instead.
We were seated right away, but it took a few minutes for someone to get our drink order. A bit of a wait to take our food order. And a looooong wait to get our food. My food was delicious, as was the bite I had of my sister's food. Worth the wait? I dunno know. The food was great, but the restaurant wasn't busy enough to justify the long wait time.
