Needs some TLC and better seats. There really aren't any good theatres in the area. The staff was pretty good even when our movie took a poop half way through. They were very accommodating and tried to fix the movie but couldn't. Not their fault, but still very nice workers.
I try to go back here once in a year as they are the only theater in Seymour and I live in Seymour. They are always horrible. I think it's because they never seem to have enough staff. Sometimes lights aren't turned all the way out for movies. Sound isn't right. Takes forever to get food.
Went to see a movie on Christmas day and there was no heat. I went upfront asked if they could turn up the heat and the young lady said yes I'll do that. It never happened and we all were freezing during the entire movie. Very poor customer service and no offer to make it right!! Not impressed with this theater!!
Had a great time with my son. Courteous staff kept it neat and clean.
Movie was good. Sitting in a theater with No heat was not good. Paidfor tickets online and there was no warning about them Not having heat. We told I could get my money back but when you only have that time to take someone can't wait till they are gone.
