Our unit was clean, dry and easy to locate. The gate code was easy to remember and worked well each time we visited.
The spot looked secure when we rented the space for our mother. We were broken into the first week. We were given a courtesy lock until we could get there and put another one on the locker. Big mess to deal with. We got a "we are so sorry" . Very disappointing. Low fence in the back. Looks like anyone could get over it. Security camera at the entrance but nothing by our storage locker. Could be much more secure for the price you pay.
Rental was easily set up over the phone. No problems getting in, and storage unit was clean.
