Walls are very thin as far apartments go. You can hear every door shut. Hear people talking through the walls clearly. Also the neighbors aren't really a higher caliber of tenants you would expect to have when you're paying such high rent. A lot of trouble makers in my building and the building adjacent.
Beautiful apartments. It's a little pricy for the area but it's well worth it if you have the money to afford jt.
Beautiful rooms though, all new. But not nice enough to stay. Probably won't renew our lease come 2018
New apartments, so the insides are nice. Had a wonderful maintenance guy, Joe, but he just left. No experience with the new guy yet. No dog park, and the several of the residents don't pick up after their dogs. Also only has cardboard recycling dumpsters-- had full recycling, but they discontinued that for some reason. ☹
Very nice apartment complex. I thought the prices were reasonable for the amenities offered.
I love my new place it cost a pretty penny but it's peaceful and it's a great place to raise my first son god is goid
