Had an appointment to view the lower income apartments and was told that she completely forgot about the appointment. One last chance I had give Arthur Property was about a month ago I viewed an apartment close to their home office. It wasn't cleaned yet. She said apartment wouldn't be ready until following week and bring in the deposit. I had deposit and first months rent next week, as told cash in hand, and she texted me as I was on my way there to pay, that the apartment was given to someone else. That a top floor was available, after she knew I had personal reasons to have a downstairs. This was a shady deal and was treated like it didn't matter. I don't care who sees this as long as the correct person does. Because apartments may be first come first serve but proper customer care should be more of a priority. I was treated like trash. If you are looking for an apartment I would be looking for something that comments are nothing but clean and wholesome. I'm not slandering a business as I have text messages to prove the conversation prior to being denied the apartment in route to pay. I only reconsidered from first skipped appointment because I didn't read any comments about them being unclean. At this point I would not feel confident in the cleanliness or the privacy of the rentals. BUYER BEWARE!!! If someone could be forgotten and tossed around imagine what could happen in a year contract with them;knowing the business has a key to get in your residence at their own disposal.
They are always well maintained. Before we moved in the place was clean and freshly painted. Arthur Properties will work with you on your move in date, very flexible. Lawns are mowed regularly, trimmed at each mowing, and all concrete is blown off after each mowing. They want to keep us happy.
Lived here 5 years now with no issues. Management is responsive and grounds are kept clean. Rules are clear and everyone is expected to follow them. Thank you!
