The service was fantastic, and their food was awesome, our waitress kept our drinks refilled none stop..she was at our table every three minutes checking to see if we needed anything else..it was a very nice experience that we've ever had..this is a must visit restaurant.
This restaurant has a decent location. There staff are friendly. The service is pretty quick. The quality of the food is good.
Like most fast and fast-casual establishments right now, service suffers some from lack of available help. Cracker Barrels are all very consistent about quality of food, and this one is no different...it's always good in my experience. I could do without the too cramped store/waiting area. Three star rating due to the non food issues. Food alone would be 4 to 4.5 stars.
The service was extremely slow. Several people arrived after us were served before us. They were out of what we ordered. The food I did order (BLT) did not have lettuce and was served on overdone cold toast.
New Christmas breakfast was super. Had everything you could ask for and more. Service was awesome. Our little waitress was a sweetheart. Can't wait to go back.
