No baked or grilled chicken anymore. Not going back.
I love KFC because I can buy a good meal for my family. And I can recognize that what I am buying actually is chicken. I would like to see the employees keep the restaurant cleaner. I know getting rid of grease is hard, but when even the bathroom floors are greasy, well there's an issue.
