I've waited over a year to be able to say everything I want to say about this place,
Place was okay, many homes available but felt like you don't really have your pick as to what home you'd like to have. That was a downer but the park itself looked clean, not sure on safe but it didn't looked trashed out.
Starting with the kitchen sink that they came to fix 4 times, I finally paid a plumber to fix it and the shower that was leaking, the animals living in the ac duct that I need to 'get out of my Head' the ac that never worked right, the bad wiring that blew 3 stoves out in a year, the holes in the walls of the storage shed that caused $100s of loss to mold and mildew. The broken window they duct taped in. The leaking door that they siliconed so that it didn't have a 1" gap anymore. Entering premises without notice. Maintenance screaming at me in front of my kids, holes in the floor. The exterminator that I called said by looking at it that it appears to have been treated for bugs multiple times in the past, despite spending a ton of money I still ended up with bugs, and the whole place is a joke.
Trailers are infested with roaches and mold, they will tell u it's tolerable like they did my daughter
Now trying to rent elsewhere people say oh you live in Kimberly, and don't want to deal with it because the place is sooo nasty.
Save yourself the trouble.
Im giving this review one star because theres no way to leave one with 0 stars. I dont even know where to begin.... Ive dealt with so much dumb stuff since Ive lived there.... Save your money and time, it sounds appealing because you dont have to pay a damage deposit, well thats because their places are so damaged anyway that they wouldnt be able to tell what damages you caused and what was already there. They constantly have rodents (a couple people I know who live there have had POSSUMS come into their trailers!), bugs, you name it. My kids and myself have both had bronchitis multiple times due to black mold and mouse infestations that they refuse to fix. I hope that by leaving this review I will save someone the headache and stress of having to deal with these slum lords....
I lived here for years. All the trailers have whole on floor and walls. Bugs everywhere. They will never fix your stuff. They even make you pay $50 if they mowe your lawn. Even if you don't ask then to they will still do it.
