Side wash doesn't work half the time, spot free rinse is a joke, might as well squirt a water bottle on it. No one answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full. The scents for carpet machine doesn't work. Leaves residue on front of car all the time and the rims never get clean. The dryers at the end are a joke. barely remove any water at all. This has to be the worst car wash around!
I paid $13 for a wash 10/04/17..my card was debited but no wash..I used middle bay and all I got was beeping..no wash at all! I've left messages several times on their voice mail but no one bothers to call back! Thankful that we have other car washes in town..I definitely won't use Jeff's again!
They have scents to put in the car and a carpet shampooer but neither work. The change machine don't give u back what u put into it. It shorted me $.50 on a $5 bill and shorted me $1 on a $20 bill.
Terrible! We paid $12 car in front of us got hit by the wash, so we didn't get our car washed. Called the number listed to get my money back and it has been 24 hours with no response. If i could give them less than 1 star i would.
On the day of my father in laws viewing at the funneral home. We decided to wash the car. Thought I would give it a try again. The car wash didn't do the entire cycle. Left horrible water spots on my car. The last 2 times were not good experiences either. Those I should of called about but I did not. My husband called the number at the Seymour location. Left a message telling them this was the third time. About 2 weeks my husband received a call. My husband explained and they said they return my 3 car washes. Well received 1 car wash refund. This used to be my only place I would get my car washed. I will now make sure everyone I know. Knows about how I was treated. I'm really sad about this. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
