The first problem I noticed was that there is no sign anywhere to be seen for what the four car wash options include. You have to ask the person attending, who gave very few specifics. Secondly, there were no signs to give the instructions for when to roll your window up, when to put the car in neutral, etc. Finally, the man who was working the car wash apparently thought that yelling from outside my car, beating on my hood, and swearing and taunting me was the way to give these instructions. I respectfully disagree and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't think I have ever given something a one-star review before today, but this definitely deserves it. I would expect better behavior out of pre-schoolers. Zero professionalism here.
I would have gave no stars if that was an option. I went back 2 times to inform them after paying $20 to get my car washed, it was still dirty wheels not shined nothing. And they refused to rewash it. I have never had trouble before and been using them for years. NOT ANYMORE. Ridiculous!

Have been going here for years and after today I will not go back.I used the vacuum with the fragrance and there was no fragrance. Did not worry too much about that because it could have just happened. So I went to wash my vehicle and there was no soap. So I went to find the teenager who were just sitting on their phones doing nothing. To see if they could put soap in it. Well about 5 minutes in they came back and said it will not work and I asked what they were going do about. I was told that the boss was notified and it would be fixed. I said again that does not help my situation at this time. When I asked to speak with the manager this kid said he was a manager and there is nothing they can do. I asked to be able to talk to their boss. They told me to call their number and there is a number that will let me get a hold of their boss. Which no big shock that was a lie. I would have been okay if they would have been honest to me that they were having issues with the machine. I get that it is a low paying job but honesty could made have that whole issue much better.
Horrible experience. We got the $19 wash. It scratched our hood, roof, and trunk very very badly. When we called to speak to a member of management, we were told that the owner doesn't take calls on the weekends. I explained that this is our vehicle and it's messed up. There was no concern at all on the part of the gentleman on the phone. We were instructed to "just come in on Monday, he will be expecting you". I then had to remind the guy on the phone that he didn't even get my name, number, type of vehicle or anything.
