Aaron was awesome! He came out to my house in just 30 minutes of my call. I just purchased my house on Saturday and I came home from work and my air was completely shut off. The old owners had just replaced the air conditioner, so i knew that wasnt bad. Aaron was nice and explained how it all worked! :) Great Service
Had Reliable Comfort come out to the house when the ac went out a week before the 95+ degree days hit. Jeff (I believe) was the rep that came to the house and he showed me the options of prices and brands that we could get. He did not push me to buy the most expensive one which i was grateful about. They got the ac unit/furnace and pump/fan installed, 3 days after meeting with Jeff, trying to beat the peak heat that was getting ready to hit. Haven't had any issues with the systems thus far. The programming info was not on the side of the furnace like they said but i figured that out after a few minutes. Overall my wife and i were very impressed and pleased with the services they provided.
Rob is great! He checked everything told us what he found and what needed replaced. He answered all of our questions and fixed the problem. I am very happy with this company. We have never had a problem that they could fix or a question they couldn't answer. They are friendly, fast and curtious.
Our furnace quit working Christmas Eve Rob came out 10pm gave us a heater to use replace parts the next few days then called to check to make sure it was still working very very nice man
