You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside your door and above where you live if you live on the ground floor! God forbid, you tell them to quiet down because the police will get called on you!
Stayed at Jackson Manor for a year. My apartment was robbed twice with in a year. once by my nieghbor through a unsecure fire door. Second time was through a window both times was when I was at work. Unless you like being infested with bed bugs and crackheads it isnt worth it at all.
