Bought a Phoenix Grill on Saturday March 28th 2015, after a month or so reviewing and picking out the perfect grill I called at 11:45am and talked to Ben, man this guy was awesome! They closed at noon and I was an hour from him. He offered me his cell # and told me to call when I was close and he would meet me. I drove an hour or so and called and he was there ready for me, wow! even though it was off the clock he still took the time and went over the grill in great detail. Monday he even followed up with me on voice-mail to make sure it was working properly (WOW) Hands down the BEST grill equaled with the BEST service
