No holiday pay. Working thanksgiving. Possibly will have to work Christmas. If you need a bandaid at work you get in trouble. 10 hour shifts with no lunch break.
Good money, managers will usually work with you on time off and such. Seems like it depends on who you are though. Pretty much like any other work place!
Decent place to work. There is a lot of physical moving and lifting. There is a big focus on safety and its common for a person to be fired for first offence safety violations.
The lady checking in trucks on Saturday, the 14th, in the morning moves like she got molasses in her a$$.... judging by the size of it.....It took her 25 mins. to check-in 4 trucks.
Not bad compared to other DC's just remember that , like all the other DC'S the people behind the glass tend to let the power go to their head. Gate guards are friendly
